AICT EDUCATION SERVICES.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, participation, and access to all courses, programs, materials, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AICT EDUCATION SERVICES (“the Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling or accessing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. 📝 Enrollment and Acceptance

Application: All applicants must complete the official enrollment form and provide accurate and current personal, academic, and contact information.

Eligibility: The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment at its sole discretion. Acceptance is conditioned upon meeting stated prerequisites and full payment of required fees.

Commencement: Enrollment is finalized and becomes effective only upon receipt of the initial required payment and issuance of an official enrollment confirmation by the Institute.

2. 💳 Fees and Payment

Course Fees: All course fees are listed in the official course catalogue or on the enrollment page. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, though the fee applicable at the time of enrollment will be locked for the registered course.

Payment Terms: Payment methods and schedules (e.g., upfront payment, installment plans) must adhere to the Institute’s current financial policies. Failure to meet scheduled payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the course and materials.

No Refunds: As stated in our separate No Refunds Policy, all payments made for courses, materials, and services are non-refundable.

3. 📚 Course Access and Materials

Access: Access to course materials, learning platforms, and physical premises (if applicable) is granted solely for the duration of the registered course period.

Intellectual Property (IP): All course materials, lectures, handouts, software, videos, and documentation provided by AICT EDUCATION SERVICES are the exclusive property of the Institute or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

Permitted Use: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the course materials solely for their personal educational development in connection with the registered course.

Prohibited Use: Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the course materials without the express written permission of the Institute. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal.

4. 💻 Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Compliance: Students must adhere to all Institute rules, regulations, and policies, including those related to acceptable computer usage, security, and academic honesty.

Academic Integrity: Any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or misuse of examination resources, will result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate dismissal without refund.

Classroom/Online Etiquette: Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment during all classes, whether conducted in-person or online. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour toward instructors or fellow students is strictly prohibited.

Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the necessary hardware/software required to participate in the course, as specified by the Institute.

5. 🗓️ Changes and Cancellations

Institute Right to Change: The Institute reserves the right to change course schedules, instructors, content, delivery format, or facility locations as deemed necessary. The Institute will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.

Force Majeure: The Institute shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or technical failure.

6. 🛡️ Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: AICT EDUCATION SERVICES provides training and education but makes no guarantees regarding a student's final job placement, income level, or academic outcome.

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute's total liability to the student for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of course fees paid by the student for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

7. 🔒 Privacy Policy

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Institute’s Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. 📍 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Jurisdiction].
